There's Thursday, Friday and then there's MY DAY! 

MY DAY is PCCU’s way of acknowledging the importance of work/life balance and recognizing that employees appreciate extra personal time to re-energize.  My Day is your day to use as you choose.  The My Days do not have to be earned, it is simply your day to flex out of work and to use at your discretion.  Full time employees earn four My Days a year - one day per quarter. Part time and casual staff earn them on a pro-rated basis.

PCCU'ers can take a day at the spa, go shopping, get in a round of golf or take an extra long weekend to go camping with the family.  It's just one of the many employee perks here at PCCU!
