Performance Management

Prairie Centre will maintain a performance management program designed to focus employee performance on the achievement of the credit union's strategic plan with performance being the driving factor.

Guidelines
  The performance management process is intended to:
  • Link individual, branch and divisional performance to the achievement of the credit union's corporate plans.
  • Be driven through the CEO.
  • Create effective working relationships through joint staff-manager responsibility for performance planning and achievement.
  • Provide staff members with constructive feedback on progress toward goals and targets and how to meet the established plan.
  • Promote an environment of learning and development.
  • Establish a sound basis for providing employee rewards and recognition consistent with results in achieving performance.
