Long Service Awards
PCCU'ers who achieve long service milestones are recognized for their contribution at our annual Staff Convention amongst their peers. Long Service Award recipients are recognized in 5 year increments (5, 10 , 15, 20, etc).
PCCU'ers length of service will be based on seniority and is calculated as of December 31st each year. Long term service recipients will be presented with a letter, a long service pin and may also elect to receive a cash award or a gift of their choice of equal value.
