Personal Development Incentive Program

Not only does PCCU pay for required training or education related to your job position, but we also pay PCCU'ers an incentive once they pass.  It's our way of saying "Thanks" for your efforts and your commitment to on-going self improvment.  Again, it's just one of the many ways we reward and recognize our staff.

Any training, reasonably related to the employee's present position or aspiring position, done on a self study or after hour basis where a large degree of personal commitment is required, exams are required, and credits are earned, is eligible for a bonus of $200 once proof of completion with a passing mark is submitted.
