What do you really enjoy about your role here at Prairie Centre?
I love being part of a team that continues to help our communities grow and thrive.
How do you like to spend your spare time?
You can typically find me either in a rink chasing my daughter, on a golf course, or in a meeting as I'm involved in multiple community groups. It's highly likely that you'll also find me in a bunny hug.

What is your favorite thing about life on the prairies?
When my family moved to Rosetown in 2009 the plan was for our time here to be another quick stop before moving on to 'bigger and better things'. We quickly fell in love with the lifestyle that rural Saskatchewan has to offer. I feel living outside of the busy cities gives us more time to focus on the important things in life like family and friendships.

Jill has 22 years of experience in the financial services industry and has worked in a wide variety of positions. She is committed to continuous education and life here on the prairies.
What do you really enjoy about your role here at Prairie Centre?
The learning - the fast rate of change in this industry means there is always something new to learn.
How do you like to spend your spare time?
I spend most of my time with my kids at their activities. When I'm not with them, I help out on our family grain farm or can be found out hiking with my husband and dog.

What is your favorite thing about life on the prairies?
I love the sunrises and sunsets - no matter the season they are always spectacular and living on a farm allows us to take advantage of them.

Lesley Carlson
Lesley has spent 36 years working for credit unions in a variety of positions. She is a life-long learner both from on-the-job situations as well as through formal training. She is an Associate of the Credit Union Institute of Canada, is a Certified Financial Planner, holds a Bachelor of Management degree, and is a Professional Director.
What do you really enjoy about your role here at Prairie Centre?
I love working with my team to make sure the credit union and our members are secure. I live by our service standard to help each other be right and to look for solutions.
How do you like to spend your spare time?
Staying active and spending time with friends and family - especially grandchildren. We also enjoy going to 'Nowhere', our family cabin, in the summer. I love sports and will travel many miles to watch a hockey or ball game.

The prairies have always been my home. The big skies, gorgeous sunsets, diversity of people, and places keep it interesting!

What do you really enjoy about your role here at Prairie Centre?
I really enjoy being part of an organization that has a dedicated focus on helping our members and communities grow and thrive.
How do you like to spend your spare time?
I have three young kids and love to spend as much of my free time as I can with my family - whether it be at the rink, baseball diamond, or riding bikes. I also love to golf and spend a fair amount of time at the golf course in the summer.

My favorite thing about life on the prairies is that it just feels like home. Small town Saskatchewan is what I know, and I can't think of a better place to live with my family.

Michelle MacDonald
Michelle leads the Information Technology, Marketing, and Facilities Departments, and supports governance for Prairie Centre. She holds her Master of Arts in Leadership, Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, certificates in municipal governance, and other leadership and management training credentials.
What do you really enjoy about your role here at Prairie Centre?
I love coming to work each day knowing that the work we do makes a difference in members' lives. I enjoy working with our talented team to serve and support staff and members with innovative, personalized, and secure solutions.
How do you like to spend your spare time?
I love spending time with my extended family, cooking, learning, and reading. I love summers at the lake and winters on the ski hill.

What causes are you passionate about?
I get excited about activities that support growth, inclusion, and celebration of our amazing rural communities. I have a passion for the professional growth and development of women and youth.
